3. 1 Planning and Construction Science and Technology Division
Responsible for the summary of the overall ship repair annual plan, master the ship repair dynamics, and report to the Ministry for the record. In addition, the ship maintenance supervision, coordination and technical support.
3. 2 Fleet
3.2.1 Fleet Management Section
According to the usage of ships in this fleet and the requirements for inspection and renewal of certificates, the annual ship repair plan for the next year shall be prepared before November 15 of each year, submitted to the planning and construction science and technology department of the bureau and distributed to the relevant ships, and the actual completion of the ship repair plan for the previous year shall be reported to the planning and construction science and technology department before the end of February of each year (attached 1. 2). In order to ensure that the standby ship is in good technical condition, under normal circumstances, the total number of repair days per year for each ship under 10 years of age should be not less than 20 days (15 days for each special inspection year); the total number of repair days per year for each ship over 10 years of age should be not less than 30 days (20 days for each special inspection year).
3.2.2 Be responsible for reviewing the ship repair list, supervising the ship repair by the selection plant, coordinating and solving the problems arising from the repair process, and submitting the completion of the ship repair plan for this month and the ship repair plan for next month to the Planning, Construction and Science and Technology Department before the 28th of each month (Table 3. 4).
3.3 ship
The captain is responsible for organizing various departments to prepare repair work sheets and plan to repair the ship, and shall report the repair sheets in triplicate two months in advance to the fleet ship management department according to the arrangement date. In principle, the key personnel who prepare the repair list shall participate in the repair work.
